The bed and breakfast is in a great location. It is close to the seafront and to the centre of town, with shops, amusements, evening nightlife and many of Blackpool's main attractions, yet quiet enough on an evening due to it being on a side street.
Being a traditional bed and breakfast, which would have once been a house, rooms at the property are arranged over several floors and there is no lift. The stairs may not be suitable for all, particularly the top floor rooms.
