The accommodation is spacious, has very comfortable beds and kept very clean Guests appreciate the in-room cooking facilities. This allows guests to feel more at home in their rooms, but also allows some savings on eating out, allowing for a longer vacation.
The third floor deck area is a pleasant place for guests to relax. It's equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, so guests can bring their food and drink up there and enjoy the view of the nearby boardwalk.
The air conditioning units can be rather noisy, with the sound sometimes even carrying from units which are running in neighboring rooms.
The parking spaces are very narrow, so fitting into them while avoiding other parked vehicles isn't easy. Once parked, it's difficult to get out of the car as there's not sufficient space between vehicles to open the doors.
Some of the rooms have been renovated, however other rooms are rather tired and worn. The furniture and fittings within these are rather old-fashioned and outdated. These rooms could do with some updating to bring them up to a better and more comfortable standard.
The pool is situated on the rooftop with wonderful views of the bay and the ocean, but it is very small. Whether it opens or not is weather-dependent and if the weather isn't deemed warm enough guests will be denied access. Some guests never get to use the pool for the duration of their stay.
