They remembered the names of the guests, were more than willing to assist guests with their special requests such as room assignments, and recommended best dining options and places to visit within the area.

Guests were dismayed with the lack of enough parking spaces provided for them. The spots are very limited and the area gets a little cramped especially during the night. Some guests even had to drive around the area and park at the back side of the building which was very uncomfortable.
Aside from the small size of the swimming pool, most guests were disappointed with the lack of enough life guards for protection and limited pool hours. Guests expressed that they wanted to enjoy the pool area and tub without kids so they prefer longer hours of pool time.
