Guests consistently said good things about the staff members at the front desk. They consistently gave good reviews about employees using their first names and said the staff really worked hard to make them feel welcome and at ease, even when guests were feeling stressed about issues related to their flights.

Guests liked how this property offers a service where you can park your vehicle at the hotel for an agreed-upon rate, use the hotel's shuttle to get to the terminals and then retrieve your vehicle at the conclusion of your travels. Many took advantage of this amenity and thought it made their lives easier.

Guests appreciated the hotel's pool. They thought it created a nice atmosphere for everyone, especially kids, and said the pool area was well maintained.

Guests report there is extensive construction that's been going on at the property. They clarified that although the workers keep noise and messes to a minimum, the progress still creates some hassles. However, they admitted that when the renovations are complete, the property should be even nicer than it is now.
