Aside from the lovely outdoor pool, the spa is perhaps the most attractive feature, with a wide variety of facilities and treatments available.
The restaurant and lounge bar offer drinks around the clock and also a light snacking lunch, which can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace.
The harbour and charming streets of Cannes, with their shops, bars and restaurants, lie just 500 yards from Hotel Beausejour. Those heading up the coast to Antibes will find it just eight miles away.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Room decor a bit too basic
Many guests felt that the rooms had a lot of room for improvement. The main problem seemed to be that they were not well decorated or equipped. The feeling among many guests seemed to be that they were about as basic and under equipped as they could get away with - the sort of room one ends up using almost exclusively for sleeping.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi
It was near impossible to find a good word written about the hotel’s Wi-Fi system. On the contrary, many complained that it was both unreliable, with the connection often going down, and too slow even when they did have a connection.
negative:
Somewhat harsh rules
Guests mentioned that the hotel has a policy that guests may not eat or drink in their rooms, and that there were fines for those who did not comply. Some felt that the way the rules were communicated was too harsh and that the fine for no-compliance was much too steep.
