Podere Mugnana is an ancient farmhouse composed of a main villa and an independent house, typical of the Tuscan hills in the famous region of Chianti, a few km from Florence and not far from Siena, in one of the most evocative areas of Tuscany. The house is situated in a panoramic position and overlooks magnificent vineyards, olive groves, hamlets and the splendid, Castle of Mugnana, which is less than 1 km from the property. Strada in Chianti, the closest village, is only 3 km and has with small shops and restaurants, while Greve in Chianti, 13 km away, is the typical village of the area, immersed in the vineyards which produce the Chianti, one of the world's most famous wines. In the main villa there are 2 apartments, in one of which live the owners. The other, Il Glicine, is at clients' disposal. I Pini is an adjoining independent house, created from the careful restoration of an ancient barn with a private, enclosed garden. The swimming pool (6x10m, depth 1.30-1.50m), is occasionally used also by the owners. At clients' disposal a panoramic terrace which dominates the valley, a well-kept garden, equipped with swing seat, barbecue and wood burning oven. The two apartments, furnished in the typical Tuscan style, offer a good level of comfort which will ensure an unforgettable holiday in the region. Apartment on two levels situated in the main villa where the owners live. Ground floor: private entrance through a terrace/solarium equipped with table, chairs and sunshade, on a wide living-dining room with kitchen corner, sofas and fireplace, bathroom with shower. First floor: with access from an internal staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Equipment: freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, Wi-Fi Internet access, CD player, communal washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, swing seat.
