Positive Reviews
positive:
Basic but comfortable rooms.
Guests said that accommodation was far from luxurious, but served their needs for a budget vacation. Beds provided a good sleep, water pressure was adequate, and most importantly, the housekeeping team did a good job of refreshing towels and keeping things clean.
positive:
Amazing beach.
The white sand beach in front of the hotel was the star of the show, with many guests choosing to spend their days here over the swimming pool. Sun beds were never hard to find, and relaxing on one of these at the show stopping beach was what vacation dreams were made of.
positive:
Well maintained pool.
Guests felt that the swimming pool was frequently cleaned, which made it an inviting place to spend a few hours, with lots of room for water sports, swimming or simply relaxing. A good swimming pool can be crucial for a successful sunny vacation, and guests weren't disappointed with the facilities here.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Language let down.
Many guests felt that native Spanish speakers were given preferential treatment. On several occasions, visitors experienced rude behaviour from staff members when they asked for something in English. You may want to brush up on your Spanish skills before staying here, or hope to encounter some of the friendlier workers at this hotel.
negative:
A little too loud.
Guests frequently mentioned the loud volume of poolside music, as well as an impossible to miss entertainment crew that weren't shy about making noise. Soothing background music simply wasn't an option here, so be prepared for some high decibel experiences.
negative:
Food not always up to par.
Many guests were discouraged by the food options, especially with items like melted ice cream and suspicious-looking burgers. While the variety was good according to the majority of guests, quality was decidedly lacking in several cases.
