This hotel is fairly new. Guests love the fact that everything is modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are bright and inviting, and the common areas like the fitness centre are cared for well. The decor and equipment do not have the run down feel you might find in older hotels.

The Staff is a Bit Uninformed
Many guests have mentioned that the staff of this hotel doesn't seem informed about the city. Several guests said that staff members could not recommend good restaurants or attractions to them, print off driving directions, or even direct them to the nearest hospital when needed.

Many guests are upset by the fact that there are Nespresso machines (espresso makers) in the rooms, but no regular coffee machines. Several guests said that the espresso provided was not suited to their tastes at all.

Despite being in Los Angeles, the main language spoken at this hotel, and in the businesses and restaurants that surround it, is Korean. Many guests said that the language barrier can create problems at times. So, you may not want to stay at this hotel if you can't speak Korean.
