The facility is in a top-notch location. If you are in the town for trade shows, you will find the convention centre practically at your door step. There are a number of entertainment venues minutes away and there's no need to use public transport as everything is within walking distance. There's even a grocery store just a couple of blocks away.
Your room will probably offer a stunning view of the city, the CN tower, and the ocean. It's fantastic and inspiring.
The fully-equipped kitchen is awesome. The appliances are well-maintained and of good quality. The apartments are clean with a contemporary flair. Very impressive.
The staff appears to take their time in dealing with situations and the main reason is probably because there is practically no staff there! It's hard to reach anyone and service is mainly unreliable. There's no one there to give a call to downstairs. The concierge will simply hand you the keys and take them upon your departure. There's no warm welcome anywhere.
There are no perks like a maid service, special breakfast, or complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping is a total mess and only available up to a certain hour, and they don't do windows! In fact, you are the housekeeper and must clean your own facility! If you don't clean, you will incur an expensive fee. Upon departure, forget about leaving your bags for a couple of hours to roam the city.
You may feel threatened as you are told that there is an additional fee if you don't leave “before or by the exact check-out time.”
