The unit balconies overlook the sea, garden, and pool area. The pool itself is warmed by the sun all day and is great for relaxing with a bridge and island, and full service from the bar.

The units come better equipped than a standard hotel room. There is plenty of space and storage.The rooms also have a mini-fridge, hotplate, kettle, and dishes for two servings, as well as simple cookware.

The walk into town and the beach is a quick jaunt that takes between five to ten minutes. All the attractions of Katelios Beach are within easy reach, including several restaurants and pubs. For those wishing to travel further, the staff will gladly secure a taxi.

The hotel pool is not private and only for guest use. The owners sell admission tickets and it is open to paying customers, many of whom seem to be loud and local teens who hog the sun loungers and splash in the water.

The hotel property shows signs of wear and tear. The garden is overgrown with weeds and the landscape is not kept neat. Many sunbeds are old and broken around the pool and walkways are broken.

The hotel provides a basic stay with shabby that is far from chic. The decor is older and the water pressure in the rooms is quite poor, resulting in a weak drizzle. The pain is peeling on the walls. While the hotel is quiet, it seems to be from lack of use and makes one think it has seen better and happier days.
