Negative Reviews
negative:
A few of the hotel's prices were too expensive
Some guests have complained about the pricing of items such as drinks and food items. The prices at the Character Breakfast and dining at the Nicktoons Café were way too high for their liking. They felt that they were being overcharged for things that did not meet their standards.
negative:
A few of the guestrooms are a bit too small
Some guests were disappointed by the somewhat compact size of the rooms. The bathrooms were particularly hard to maneuver in without bumping into something.
negative:
Some staff members are rude and unhelpful
A number of guests thought that the hotel's staff were very unfriendly. Their apparent unwillingness to help put a damper on many guests' stay at the hotel. Most of those affected complained about unmet requests and rude replies. This was particularly concerning once you take into regard the child-centric focus the hotel is aiming for.
