Holiday Inn Express New York Manhattan West Side is perfectly situated for guests who wish to explore all that New York has to offer; the majority of NYC's most renowned attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Times Square, the Empire State Building and Fifth Avenue are easily accessible by foot and there are also numerous subway stations nearby from which guests have access to the whole city. The hotel is also located within the fashionable and vibrant Hell's Kitchen area which is rife with cafes, bars and restaurants as well as an ambiance that is unique to the exciting atmosphere of New York.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, providing great customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They are more than happy to help by providing information about the area or helping guests with requests or queries they may have.

While the rooms are cosy, they are extremely comfortable and clean, boasting well-sized beds that have supportive mattresses, premium bedding and plush pillows that will aid in a sound night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The rooms are also kept clean by a diligent housekeeping service who ensure that the rooms are spotless and well-stocked with amenities.

A number of guests found that had some trouble accessing the free Wi-Fi and found that when they did it was unreliable and slow.

The breakfast area was found to be too small to accommodate the large number of guests who attended however, a large number of guests very much enjoyed the food that was offered.

A construction site near the hotel annoyed many guests though this issue is not necessarily the fault of the hotel and may have been resolved.
