Only one towel is provided
To your surprise, only one hand towel is readily available in your room even if there are the two of you. Thus, you are advised to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels. They are fluffy and clean. Moreover, some housekeepers treat you coldly. If their attitude gets too bad, please report it to the manager.

Before booking this hotel, you should know that there is no elevator. If you are traveling with the elderly or kids, you are advised to book the rooms on the first floor. However, the stairs are manageable and the staff is always ready to assist you with your luggage.

Rooms have no luggage rack
The rooms have everything you need except for a luggage rack. However, you can just put your bags near the desks. There is plenty of space. Moreover, this issue does not have a big impact on your stay.
