Negative Reviews
negative:
There's no lift here
This hotel has rooms on four levels there's no lift which could prove problematic for those who have low mobility, are travelling with a lot of luggage or small children in tow. If this is the case, be sure to ask for a ground floor room when making your reservation.
negative:
The WiFi is spotty
The Internet connection in the guest rooms at Brocks Guest House Bath can be slow and spotty which could be problematic if you're travelling on business or simply want to get an email out in a hurry. But if needs be, you can use your devices in the public spaces where the Wi-Fi is spot-on.
negative:
The water pressure is weak
The water pressure that emanates from the shower heads is often weak and pitiful which could be a drag for those who like a strong, forceful water stream. It's possible that the problem stems from everyone in the hotel showering at once, as this is, after all, an older building. But if you experience a problem with the water pressure in your room, be sure to alert the management.
