Guests thoroughly enjoyed using the various leisure facilities most notably the indoor pool which has been described as clean and of decent size. Those who visited the on-site gym said that they were impressed with the wide range of up-to-date equipment. The night club and the bar also proved a popular spots for those looking to relax and socialise.

All the members of staff at the hotel have been highly praised by the guests for their friendly and attentive manner. Reception personnel offered useful tips and advice with regards to the local area whilst the waiting staff were said to be courteous and professional.

The rooms have been described as being of decent size with plenty of storage space which many found very convenient. Guests were also impressed with the overall hygiene levels as they said that their rooms were serviced on a daily basis and kept tidy for the duration of their stay.

Some rooms noisier than others.
Guests whose rooms were located close to the bar and the function suite said that they could hear music and noise which often lasted until late in the evening. If you are a light sleeper it's advisable to ask for a room away from the bar area.

Dated bathrooms.
Although some of the bathrooms have been refurbished, guests who stayed in the rooms where they haven't yet been modernised objected to the dated suites and old-fashioned fixtures and fittings.

Guests who wanted to connect to the Internet said that the signal was quite weak and intermittent and also objected to having to type in a new code every time they logged- on.
