very informative about the places to look around. Staff being multilingual was
helpful while interacting with tourists from other countries. Most of the
guests loved the breakfast spread as it has something to suit everyone's taste
buds.
positive:
Reasonable shuttle services and peaceful stay
Shuttle services for seeing the areas around and an airport shuttle at minimal charges were found to be very convenient by the guests. Rooms were soundproof so the guests had a quiet relaxing time in their rooms without being disturbed by the outside hustle bustle.
positive:
Clean bathrooms; spacious rooms
Most
of the guests found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were
clean with a separate bath and shower, and underfloor heating. Rooms were very
spacious and airy with lovely interior decor. Guests felt that the best part
about most of the rooms was the ocean and city views from them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No hotel parking
Some
of the guests were not too happy with the outside parking with limited space
and the fact that it was chargeable. It was on a first come first serve basis
with no prior reservations which left many guests looking for a parking space
elsewhere.
negative:
Low water pressure in taps
A few guests were disappointed with the low pressure of water in showers and taps. Moreover, the water in the taps was not hot but just lukewarm, which made some guests uncomfortable. Since there were no shelves in bathrooms, guests found it very difficult to keep their toiletries.
negative:
Dim room lightings
Few
guests felt that they would have preferred a slightly brighter lighting in the
rooms. The dim room lightings made it difficult for them to work or read.
