The property is all on one level and is suitable for wheelchairs and those with mobility problems. Should the weather turn inclement, there is a gas fire in the lounge and central heating to all rooms. Outside there is a large patio area with ample seating and barbecue facilities. Yet it is just 20 minutes to the university town of Aberystwyth, the largest town on the Cambrian coast.
