Close to all the fun and within walking distance to several restaurants as well as fast food and shopping. This 1st-floor family-friendly condo is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in N. Myrtle Beach just a quick 3 minute drive to beach. Our condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central AC, brand new 2023 washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 pools, and is in a gated community. This condo is set up to comfortably host 7 guests of any age! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a meal. We have provided a high chair and playpen if needed as well as several items to keep little ones occupied while you relax. The Salty Escape will not disappoint and will leave you having a wonderful and fun getaway!! What are you waiting for book today! A 15% discount is offered for 7 night bookings as well as a 25% discount for 28+ nights. We do accept longer bookings. So whether your golfing, shopping, swimming, touring places, fishing, or being a beach bum come and have fun! Quiet hours 11-7am. Motorcycles are permitted in community however please be mindful of excessive noise as this is not allowed. ***Please note there is 1 security camera placed outside the front door to keep the property safe.***NO PETS allowed! Per the HOA rules ESA’s are not considered service animals and not allowed. If caught bringing a pet you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $500. No smoking and no parties!
