Beach Village 162 is a newly renovated three bedroom oasis in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Palmas Del Mar is a gated community that is safe and has a quiet and peaceful environment that is a perfect getaway for family and friends. The villa is just 45 minutes Southeast of the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan (SJU). Once you arrive, you will be able to relax and take the 1-minute walk to the pool and just steps away from the beach. The villa is multi-level, on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It features travertine flooring throughout including the balconies. Each room has independent vent less air-conditioning. There are vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors. There is a laundry room, with a brand new washer with steam clean capabilities and a dryer, we even have a foot wash basin to remove sand from your feet and chairs. There are two renovated bathrooms with tiled showers that even have a seat! The villa has a fully renovated kitchen with everything you need for your culinary endeavors. There are stainless appliances and a granite counter with 4 barstool chairs for eating. We have a Ninja blender for drinks, smoothies or your protein shake.
