The wooden frame is an ecological and economical construction: low CO2 emissions, 12 times more insulating than concrete, warm and welcoming house. The house benefits from a gravelled courtyard at the front where cars can be parked and an enclosed grassy garden at the rear. From the cottage, it will be easy for you to reach the hiking trails set up on site. For walks and fishing, Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières lake 5 km away. Swimming pool and shops in Saint-Lys, 7 km. Téoula golf course and African Safari zoo in Plaisance-du-Touch, 15km away. The owners, Sébastien and Carole, live in the house next door, at the same address.
