Boutique-style rooms
Guests leave plenty of positive feedback about the standard of the rooms, commenting that they are spotlessly clean. Ample towels are provided and these are refreshed daily for your comfort. Guests tend to be of the opinion that this is a boutique hotel at a B&B price.
positive:
Enjoyable breakfast

Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking can be tricky
Several guests mention that the parking can be quite tricky although the staff do seem to call ahead to check if you need a space. Late arrivers may need to find an alternative space and, given the city centre location, may need to pay.
negative:
Background noise
The central location of this hotel means that there is some background noise to contend with. Although the windows in the rooms are double-glazed, some guests were still able to hear some background noise in the form of traffic and people visiting nearby venues.
negative:
Some windows don't open
A small number of guests mention that they were unable to open the window in their room. As a result, they felt the atmosphere wasn't quite as fresh as they would have liked. This is an infrequent complaint, so it seems that not all rooms are affected.
