La Casa del Agua is a flour mill dating from 1736 renovated and restored between the year 2007 and 2008, trying to support the Andalusian aesthetics and respecting in everything possible the original construction, to offer four apartments and an independent room with bath, as rural tourist housing. In the West one of Granada, known as the last border Nazarí, one finds Montefrío's municipality, where your senses will be able to enjoy a rural captivation mixed with wonderful conference, with pools, natural waterfalls and monuments bequeathed by the step of cultures and civilizations throughout the centuries. The House of the Water is in the countryside, 6,5 km from Montefrío (3,5 km from an asphalt road), which turns it into an absolutely natural place, full of tranquility and surrounded with silent fields of oaks, olive trees and pines, and during the night, a spectacularly starry sky. The estate borders on the Creek of the Mills, which creates waterfalls and natural pools that are integrated into the landscape for delight of the wayfarer. There is a seasonal ecological garden in order that organic produce may be enjoyed throughout the year.
