Guests loved the lovely wooden cottages surrounded with lush green gardens. As per some guests, living in these cottages gives the feel of luxury and being close to nature. Each cottage has a single room with a small balcony and seating area. It is provided with all the basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The beach is just a two-minute walk from the rooms and five minutes' walk from the main road. The sound of the waves was found to be very soothing by the guests. The nearby local market was very useful to pick up small things of daily use. Guests also loved the relaxing spa treatments offered onsite at very reasonable prices.
The complimentary breakfast served in the hotel was very delicious and had a lot of variety. Guests enjoyed the cereals, toast, eggs, fruits and fruit juices. Pork Vindaloo and chocolate flavored liquor, Voo-Voo, was a hot favourite amongst many guests.
Few guests felt that the swimming pool was quite dirty and should have been cleaned well. They could not enjoy a relaxing swim after seeing particles floating in the pool.
Some of the guests found the air conditioner to be very noisy, which did not allow them to have a sound sleep at night. Many guests felt that the hotel should have a pick up and drop taxi service from the railway station and airport.
The Wi-Fi connection was very erratic, which disappointed many guests who wanted to work online or check their e-mails.
