From this locale, you're within a stroll of the seafront, shops, cafes and pubs, as well as the ferry port. No Frills Rooms
The atmosphere is charming in most rooms, but you won't find a lot of extras. Keeping it simple, tthey're cleaned daily and there's a television, decent tea/coffee provisions, complimentary soaps and shower gels and a handy heated towel rail in the bathroom. Request a front-facing unit for the views.
positive:

Negative Reviews
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Some found the Wi-Fi connectivity very iffy in their rooms. The lounge may be better at times, but you may find it doesn't work in there either.
negative:
Outdated Decor/Features
Although character-filled, some areas could certainly use a refurb. Decor is showing it's age, some areas remain unpleasantly cold or hot despite staff's attempts to remedy, and showers need better sealing and scrubbing.
negative:
Overpriced for the Provisions
A few felt the price did not reflect the quality here, as the venue seemed quite average to them compared to others of the like. Decide for yourself.
