Guests were satisfied with the overall quality of not just the breakfast buffet but also the on-site restaurant's foods. The prices were very reasonable and they serve quality Indonesian cuisine which offers great variety for the guests to enjoy.
The hotel offers two large swimming pools for both kids and adults. The pool was well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and provided a quiet and relaxing ambiance for the guests especially couples. Moreover, the pool was very lovely and private which was located in a garden setting.
Due to the staff's friendly and helpful assistance, most guests were impressed! They welcomed guests with a warm smile as soon as they arrived, made sure the guests were getting all their requested rooms, and were very efficient with the booking process.
Aside from the unclean bathrooms, previous guests were disappointed with the leaky shower heads and a few toilets that did not work or were defective. Furthermore, they had issues with the poor quality of shower and the toilets that did not flush properly.
Most guests were dismayed with the poor quality of beds and pillows provided at the hotel. The sheets were quite dirty and had black marks, the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable, and the beds were too firm which was quite uncomfortable and painful for the backs.
The buffet breakfast provided was not good and sufficient according to most guests. There were only a few choices and they did not freely offer basic breakfast food such as bacon. Guests had to manually ask for bacon and eggs to be served which was quite uncomfortable for most guests.
