Positive Reviews
positive:
Good, clean accommodation.
Cheerful, well appointed accommodation is well maintained and clean. A great self-catering base for breaks in the Busselton region. *A useful bonus is the TV in the bedrooms … wonderful for kids! There’s lots of space so, even with a number of occupants, you aren’t falling over each other. The kitchen is well equipped although you might find it lacking in certain areas if staying for an extended period.
positive:
Cheers!
The region’s famous wineries are within easy reach and a source of fascination for many.
positive:
Great facilities.
The tennis court and swimming pool are both terrific. Ideally, there would be an indoor version of the latter, but that fact that it’s heated takes the chill off in the event of colder weather. Plus, it’s easy to overlook the fact that the villas are only a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi.
The signal isn’t very good … but you don’t come here to use the Wi-Fi!
negative:
Privates on parade.
It goes with the territory but, when there are eight people in the accommodation, all using the toilet and shower at high points of the day, there’s not much you don’t know about fellow occupants, come the end of your stay. Not much privacy.
negative:
Cold comfort and few trimmings.
It’s a pity that the accommodation is so ‘functional’, because the addition of new blinds and a few strategically placed lamps would make the world of difference. In the colder weather, the only heating is on the reverse cycle of the air conditioning unit. It doesn’t seem to be sufficient and rooms tend to be on the cold side.
